Participant and Document Submission Information – İŞKUR Youth Program

All students who have applied for the quota allocated to our university under the Boğaziçi University İŞKUR Youth Program have qualified to participate in the program; therefore, no lottery was required. Students whose names appear on the participant list must submit their documents to the İŞKUR Document Submission Office, located on the ground floor of the North Campus Administrative Building, between 5 and 7 November 2025, no later than 16:00.

If the address information of students residing in dormitories cannot be viewed in the e-Government system, submission of a dormitory residence document is mandatory.
For applicants whose residence or other address information based on the Address Registration System (AKS) is not a dormitory or collective living area:

Important: During the application process, the “Type of Certificate of Identity Register Copy” must be selected as “Family,” and the option “Detailed Document (Show Events)” must be marked as “Yes.”

Important: This document must be obtained separately for all individuals aged 18 and over residing in the same household.

This document must be obtained separately for each individual aged 18 and over living in the same household. - Payroll Slip / Document Showing Income Status
An e-Government–approved document or a payroll slip/income statement must be obtained from the relevant institution, stamped, signed, and sealed.
Important: Income documents must be submitted separately for all individuals aged 18 and over residing in the same household.
If the individual is employed, the document must reflect the most recent salary.
If any household member aged 18 or over is not employed, a document certifying unemployment must be submitted.
If there is a retired household member, a document indicating retirement status and pension amount must be submitted.
Note 1:
For applicants whose residence or other address information in the Address Registration System consists of dormitories, shelters, or similar collective living areas, as well as individuals whose identity information is kept confidential under Law No. 6284 dated 08/03/2012 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, the household income requirement does not apply. Therefore, documents listed under items 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 are not required.

All documents must be submitted in the order listed in the application document list, placed inside a blue file with a sheet protector.

Additional Information
- Students residing in university dormitories must request their dormitory residence document via the YBS system.
- If address information of students residing in state or private dormitories cannot be viewed through the e-Government system, submission of a dormitory residence document is mandatory.
- Following document submission, eligibility requirements will be reviewed. Students who fail to submit their documents within the specified period will forfeit their rights. Students are strongly advised to follow the process carefully.
- ⚠️ Students found to have missing documents during document review or who do not meet the criteria determined by İŞKUR will not be included in the program.
- Documents obtained via e-Government must be current-dated and barcode-verified, generated using the “Create Barcode Document” option.
- Students selected as participants must read the “Participant Undertaking” prior to the start of the program and sign it during document submission.
- The application list is not final. Finalization will occur only after the completion of required reviews and verification procedures. If you do not meet the İŞKUR Youth Program criteria, you are deemed to have accepted removal from the program even if your name appears on the list.
- Household income requirement: As of the application date, based on the Address Registration System, the total monthly income earned from income-generating employment by individuals residing at the same address—calculated based on the period closest to the program start date—must not exceed three times the net monthly minimum wage determined by the Minimum Wage Commission (66,314.01 TRY). This requirement does not apply to those residing in dormitories, shelters, or similar collective living areas, or to individuals whose identity information is confidential under Law No. 6284.
- ❗ Important Reminder: If any errors or false declarations are identified, all payments made under the İŞKUR Youth Program will be reclaimed with statutory interest. Students who fail to submit their documents within the specified period will lose their rights.
