ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ONLINE DORMITORY APPLICATION CONFIRMATION SURVEY RECEIVED BETWEEN MAY 20-30 FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND PREPARATORY STUDENTS

Online dormitory applications for Undergraduate and Preparatory students for the 2025-2026 Academic Year were received between May 20 - 30, 2025. The evaluation process for the applications is ongoing.

In line with the decision taken by the Dormitories Commission, it has been decided that students who have applied should confirm whether their request for a dormitory stay continues before the placement results are announced, in order to provide dormitory placement to the maximum number of students possible. Accordingly, you are required to confirm whether your request continues by filling out the relevant form via the link below between August 13, 2025, at 10:00 and August 17, 2025, at 17:00.

Explanations:

1. Application confirmation is only requested from students who completed their dormitory applications between May 20 - 30, 2025.
2. The announcement regarding those granted dormitory placement and the lottery results will be posted as soon as possible.
