About the Boğaziçi University İŞKUR Youth Program

What Are the Participation Requirements for the İŞKUR Youth Program?
a) To be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye,
b) To be registered to Boğaziçi University
c) To have completed 18 years of age,
ç) Not to be receiving an old-age or disability pension,
d) Not to have been employed by the contractor or its affiliated, related, associated, or subsidiary companies within one year prior to the program application date, and not to be employed by them until the official start date of the program,
e) Not to have been reported as insured or not to be considered insured under Article 4 of Law No. 5510 within the one-month period prior to the application date,
f) Not to have been reported as insured or not to be considered insured under Article 5 of Law No. 5510 as of the application date,
g) To meet the household income requirement,
h) Not to be a beneficiary of active labor market programs or unemployment insurance programs offered by İŞKUR.

If the household income at the address of application exceeds three times the net minimum wage, individuals residing in that household are not eligible to benefit from the program. (This provision does not apply to community living facilities.)
